DAVIDA rich and well-balanced dark chocolate bar made with our premium Colombian cacao beans. Ideal chocolates for gifting and sharing at dinner parties.
The magic of chocolate starts here. Meticulously selected cacao pods are harvested in the tropical forests of Colombia, South America. Did you know that 95% of Colombian cacao beans are considered by the International Cocoa Organization as fine of aroma and flavor?
Cacao beans are thoroughly fermented in wooden drawers. This process takes from 6 to 10 days and allows cacao beans to develop their delicious aroma and flavor.
Sun-drying takes place in a natural environment for about 4 to 6 days. Once finished, cacao beans are packaged in fiber bags and shipped to our factory.
Cacao beans are classified, roasted, and ground into cocoa paste, which is the main ingredient of chocolate. In this stage, time, temperature and ingredients are carefully controlled by DAVIDA experts to obtain unique recipes.
