Macaccino Truffles Recipe

Ingredients (yields 10-12 truffles)

1/2 cup almonds • 1/2 cup cashews • 1/2 cup melted coconut butter • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil • 1/2 cup cacao powder • 7 tbsp Macaccino drink mix

Ingredients for toppings

2-3 tbsp cacao powder • 2-3 tbsp hemp hearts

Directions:

1. Pulse the almonds and cashews in your food processor until you have a sandy texture

2. Add the Macaccino Drink mix and Cacao powder do the nut mixture and pulse again until fully combined

3. Once the dry ingredients are fully combined, add the melted coconut oil and coconut spread. Pulse again until fully combined

4. Once combined, roll into balls at your desired size & roll in your desired topping

5. Chill truffles in the fridge for roughly 15 minutes & enjoy!
