How did we get our start?

This is our LUV story. Driven by the desire for quality ice cream and chocolate without added sugar or artificial chemicals, a fitness professional and a PhD research scientist, we started experimenting in 2012 until we were making rich and creamy, all natural, boldly flavored ice creams, nondairy desserts and chocolate.
